Depart Canada or USA and board your flight to either Queretaro , Leon or Mexico City. Transfer by shared or private service from Queretaro to San Miguel in about 1h15 min. and 1h30 min from Leon. You may want to fly to Mexico City and take a 3.5 hour bus with ETN in a comfortable business class type seat or again hire a private driver with door to door service for less than 250 USD. Enjoy a bit of adventure today in the local canyons by horseback with Cayote Canyon Adventures. Make your way to Canada de la Virgen Pyramids during your ride and learn about the Peralta (Abasolo) and Plazuelas (Pénjamo) archaeological sites with a specialized archaeologist and anthropologists guide. Lunch in the region and dinner with a view at the Luna Bar.
Brunch this morning is hosted at Casa No Name. Set in a balinese-mexican decor, the hostess Lourdes is always on hand to look over her guests. The food and decor are divine and the atmosphere is relaxed and very cozy.
Next, opt for some shopping time or head out to the picturesque town of Pena de Bernal for some sightseeing and hiking.
